I'm a Corporate Customer Professional who graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Hospitality Management from Colorado Mesa University in December 2019.

Mass Communication is a broad field and I have most of my education in Public Relations, Journalism, and Social Media. I have a passion for customer service and for humanity in all industries, which is why my minor in Hospitality Management has given me experience in event planning. As well as service to the masses and learning to cater to many different groups of people.

Customer service is something I have ample experience in and it's what I feel that I have truly studied and mastered the most. I would love to get into a career that can mix both customer service with modern social media communications.
